Montalbera Azienda Agricola

The Azienda Agricola Montalbera was set up at the start of the twentieth century in an area within the municipalities of Grana, Castagnole Monferrato and Montemagno, in the ‘former’ Monferrato land of great hopes and promise. Montalbera is currently one of the most technologically advanced wineries in the world, allowing it to expertly interpret the ‘fruit’ the land offers each year. About 55% of the Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato and about  12%  of the Grignolino d’Asti  ‘produced in the world’  ‘flows’ from the Montalbera wineries in Castagnole Monferrato. Montalbera now has two wineries,one of 100 hectares in Castagnole   Monferrato and the other in Castiglione Tinella (Langa).
