The private hotel in which Marie-Laure de Noailles organized magical parties welcomes today the headquarter of Baccarat, its boutique, its restaurant and the museum gallery. Philippe Starck had carte blanche in the rearrangement of this area. He was seduced by it and was able to safeguard the original chic by giving it a necessary modern and impertinence touch and by playing with the contrasts and transparencies to create a whimsical yet classical atmosphere. The kitchen is run by Guy Martin, a starred chef of international fame, assisted by his faithful collaborator Thomas L’Herisson, and it combines aesthetics to refinement.
