Brasserie Lipp

Brasserie Lipp is a true institution in Paris, it is classified historic monument and is a definite must in Saint Germain des Pres. Established in 1880 by Leonard Lipp, the Brasserie welcomed over the years the biggest names in French literature and politics. Owned by Marcellin Cazes it has gradually been managed by the Bertrand family who took duty in perpetuating the tradition. In fact, the menu has remained unchanged for more than half a century!
