From an idea of Dominique Jacob and Brendan McFarlane, the Georges offers from the 6°floor of the Centre Pompidou, a panoramic view of Paris. In a futuristic and unforgettable atmosphere, huge metallic sculptures dominate the space, hosting the cosy and colorful rooms of the restaurant. The cuisine is international and creative, a real mix of French tradition and Asiatic flavors, as it happens at the Costes restaurants. In the pink room there is a vodka & cocktail bar. Open from Wednesday to Monday, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00a.m.
