La Marée

La Maree is one of the most famous restaurant of Paris for its sea cuisine, but it is also known for its prestigious labels. Infact, the wine cellar of La Maree protects under its vaults a big selection of wines.
The cuisine is inspired by seasonal ingredients and by flavors of the moment. The chef always uses the best fishes, shellfishes and crustaceans. This restaurant was created in 1963 by the Trompier family, but since 2006 is the property of the Blanc group. They kept the open kitchen, that was an innovative idea of 40 years ago.
